Valve Automation

Together with MATCO ASIA PTE LTD, we pick the best valves and actuators from an approved vendors list if one exists, matching all the elements of the datasheet specifications by the client. When no AVL exists, BISL/MATCO will select from a list of prequalified OEMs for whom we have had established business relationships.

We develop sizing criteria from the process information and create an actuator sizing torque chart upon which basis we will specify the right actuator for each valve specified. The other components of the Valve Automation Package – Valve Positioners, Air Regulators, Solenoid Valves, Fittings and Tubing are carefully selected based on the client’s preference and specifications.

All testing are performed in our workshop in a controlled environments and are certified OK by all stakeholders before shipping our to job sites for installation.
